Privacy Policy

LeadFactory (“we”, “us”) operates getleadfactory.com and the LeadFactory application. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Contact: superislandvic@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account data — your email, name, and password (authentication is handled by Supabase; we never see your password in plain text).
• Workspace content — the scans you run, leads and notes you keep, research dossiers, website briefs, photos you upload, and sites you generate.
• Billing data — payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers; we store only your subscription status and Stripe customer reference.
• Usage data — quota metering (how many scans, dossiers, and builds you’ve used) and technical logs needed to run the service.
• Cookies — essential session cookies to keep you signed in. If we enable ad measurement (Meta Pixel), it sets marketing cookies on the public site only; the current state is disclosed on this page.

Lead data you collect

Scans return publicly available business information sourced from a licensed data provider. You are responsible for using it lawfully — including complying with outreach laws that apply to you (such as CAN-SPAM and the TCPA in the US).

Who processes data for us

Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Cloudflare (preview-site hosting), Trigger.dev (background jobs), Anthropic (AI generation), and Outscraper (business listings). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your workspace content to train AI models.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Email us to delete your account and its workspace data; generated preview sites expire automatically about 7 days after creation.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time via the contact email. We’re US-based; if you’re in a region with specific privacy rights, we’ll honor reasonable requests consistent with them.

Children

LeadFactory is a business tool and not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

We’ll update this page when the policy changes and adjust the date above.
