Terms of Service

The service

LeadFactory scans public listings for local businesses, builds AI research dossiers, and generates websites (demo and full builds) you can deliver to your own clients.

Your account

You’re responsible for your credentials and everything done in your workspace. One person per account unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

Plans, trial, billing

Paid plans are Starter ($29/mo) and Pro ($79/mo), billed monthly by Stripe. Every subscription starts with a 7-day trial that requires a card; when the trial ends it converts automatically to your chosen plan unless you cancel first from Settings → Manage billing. Cancelation takes effect at the end of the current period. We don’t prorate partial months; if something went wrong, email us and we’ll make it right.

Quotas & fair use

Each plan includes monthly quotas (shown on the pricing page) plus daily build caps that protect the service. Quotas don’t roll over. Don’t resell raw scanned data, hammer the service programmatically, or use it to spam.

Your responsibilities

You warrant that you have rights to any photos or content you upload, and that your outreach to leads complies with the laws that apply to you (including CAN-SPAM and TCPA in the US). Review AI-generated sites before delivering them — you’re responsible for the claims a site makes about a business.

Ownership

Your workspace data is yours. Each generated site’s full source is yours once generated; we keep a license only to host its temporary preview. Preview links expire about 7 days after creation — the deliverable is the downloadable zip.

Acceptable use & suspension

We may suspend accounts for abuse, unlawful use, or nonpayment.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Scanned data comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete; AI output may contain errors.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes get notice by email or in-app. Continued use after notice is acceptance.

Governing law

Florida, USA; disputes go to courts located in Florida.
